how does shipping work?

Shipping is an additional cost and calculated at checkout, with the exception of art which ships free. Packages are shipped within 5 business days of payment, unless noted otherwise.

Shipping is offered within the US (including Hawaii and Alaska) through USPS and UPS. At this time we do not offer international shipping, but please get in touch if you're abroad and there's something you're interested in!

 

what if I'm local to Portland, Oregon?

Customers within the Portland metro area may use the code LOCALSONLY at checkout to opt for local pick-up & waive shipping fees. Local pick-up in NE Portland is free and flexible.

Orders must be picked up within 2 weeks from the order date unless alternate arrangements have been agreed upon. Please check your email for pick-up instructions after purchasing.

At this time, we do not offer deliveries.

 

can I make a return?

Due to the unique nature of our items, all sales are final.

 

what about damaged & lost items?

Utmost care is taken when packing items, however, accidents can still happen in transit. Please inspect your item carefully upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of receiving an item that is damaged or defective. While refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis, we'll do our best to work with you on a resolution.

Hazelfern Goods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier if items are lost or stolen. We will help you with claims by providing details any details needed as quickly as possible.

 

do you make all the ceramics?

Any ceramics listed under "handmade by Hazelfern Goods" are made by me, yes! These can be identified by my pottery stamp "nb." All ceramics made by me are fired to cone 6 and food safe, unless noted otherwise in the description.

Because I love all ceramics, I also source vintage pottery. Vintage items will be clearly labeled as such.
